We are a legal team committed to defending the rights of financial professionals who have been wrongly targeted, harassed, or railroaded by FINRA. Founded by an experienced attorney with a track record of standing up to regulatory overreach, FuckFINRA exists to fight back against injustice and expose the corruption, bias, and backroom politics that too often define FINRA's enforcement process.
We don’t play nice with power. We represent brokers, advisors, and firms who are tired of being treated like criminals without due process. Our mission is to bring accountability to a system that’s supposed to be fair — but too often protects Wall Street elites while destroying the livelihoods of hardworking professionals.
